Today’s Leg Workout

I’m about to crush a leg session here in The Dungeon aka Opti-Fitness in beautiful Kent, Ohio.

Here’s what I have on the slate for today:

As I mention yesterday, I’m rocking the Superhero Bulking Program from Kino Body and I’m really enjoying it right now. Like, I’m psyched to finish this iced coffee and go get it in.

So much so that I’m skipping Yoga tonight in favor of this workout. I’ll push Yoga to later in the week.

I’ve said it a million times but I’ll say it again: the program doesn’t matter.

The only thing that matters is that you’re fucking pumped to get it in and that your habits are on-point.

Habits, habits, habits, people. Literally the most important thing when it comes to growing as a human. I totally suck at mornings. Suck. But I’m a fucking  rockstar at making it to the gym.

I get it in. Always. Find what works for you and do it.
